The way people learn French these days is broken — Help us fix that

For a long time, there haven't really been other ways to learn French other than:

  • Using Flashcards

  • Blindly repeating audios

  • Paying hefty fees for language immersions

  • Using bilingual translation

Now, if you've ever learned a second language, you know that:

  • Flashcards are fun and cool but  take years to actually achieve fluency

  • Repeating audios without  contextual information  is not really helpful

  • Language immersions trips are expensive  and not everyone has the means to afford one

  • Bilingual translation is effective in some context but  not sustainable for achieving proficiency

Of course, not two French learners are the same, and everyone has their preferred learning method but what if there was a way to combine the bests of these methods? That's what we're trying to do at  Get French Classes .

We're trying to create a French language experience that comprises the fun and amusing part of Flashcards, the effectiveness of contextual learning, and the seriousness of a language immersion trip.  As a result, taking French language classes with us is as good as immersing yourself in a French speaking environment. And that's where we need great French language coaches like yourself.  The way we work is as follow:

  • Learner signs up for our classes

  • Learner's advocate meets with Learner to discuss goals

  • Learner's advocate shares learner's goals with YOU

  • Learner access our video lessons

  • Learner completes the lessons, takes and submits assignments

  • Learner's advocate correct assignments and gives feedback

  • Learner's advocate shares learner's progress and assignments notes with YOU

  • YOU and learner hop on a 45-min private tutoring session (2x a week)

  • YOU make sure learner has the full grasp of the concepts they learn

  • YOU practice with learner via debates, reading, listening, etc

  • YOU communicate learner's progress with Learner's advocate
